Steps towards Leadership * Everyone begins their leadership journey somewhere! Whether you would like to take that step and Host this semester, or begin your process as a Group Intern, we believe we can help you discover your purpose as you grow towards Christ learning to make a difference at HighRidge Mineral Wells. A Host is someone who chooses to use their passions of hospitality and open up their home each week for a group leader to use as a place to gather and grow with other group members. A Group Intern is someone who wants to take a step into leadership by leading a Group.
