Child dedications are an opportunity for families to commit their next generation to the Lord. It includes 3 major touchpoints:

- It is an opportunity to pray for blessing over your children, that they would come to know God and live out His purpose for them, just as Hannah prays for Samuel in 1 Samuel chapter 1

- It is a public commitment to raising your children up in a Christian household, promising to teach them about God’s love and the Christian faith

- It is a commitment from the Christian community around you to support you, pray for you and your children, and to be an ever present help in times of need

September 13th marks the beginning of our Super Series “WE THE CHURCH” where we will spend 7 weeks in in-depth study on the purpose of the Church, and what it means to be the body of Christ in our daily lives!

Not only will we be discussing these topics from the platform on Sundays, but we will be taking the discussion further by hosting small groups to intentionally dive into the topics of each week and allow opportunities for everyone to engage in questions/topics they may be interested or curious about! Here at HighRidge, we believe that baptism is a public profession of an inward acceptance of faith in Jesus Christ. We believe that it is such an important representation of the work of salvation being done on the inside. We’d love to invite you to take the step of declaring your faith publicly through baptism.
